Overview:

  • National mortgage bank, and subsidiary of BCPE, Crédit Foncier de France successfully issued its second RMBS in France - CFHL-2-20115. 
  • The first issuance by the bank, and the first in France since the crash of 2006, was issued in 2014. 
  • Crédit Suisse and Natixis acted as joint arrangers and joint lead managers, and JPMorgan, Royal Bank of Scotland and Lloyds acted as joint lead managers.
