Overview:
- Alior Bank has established a public bond issuance programme with a total value of Zl800 million ($201 million).
- The base prospectus was approved by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority on April 12 2016 and the bonds were admitted to trading on the Catalyst regulated market.
- On April 18 2016 the first tranche of bonds under the programme worth Zl150 million ($38 million) were issued.
- The bonds issued under the programme are unsecured and subordinated, and funds from the issuance will be included in Alior’s own funds.
