• The fund closed having reached a hardcap of €850 million exceeding its original target of €700 million.
• Silverfleet invests in businesses with enterprise values of €75 – 250 million, headquartered in the UK, Ireland, Germany, Central Europe, France, Benelux and Nordic regions of Europe. The firm focuses on sectors including business and financial services, healthcare, manufacturing and retail, leisure and consumer products.
• Credit Suisse Asset Management acted as adviser and exclusive placement agent.
• HSBC provided bridging finance.
