Burger King France acquisition of Quick

Overview:

• Groupe Bertrand, the majority stakeholder of Burger King France, has completed the acquisition of the French locations of burger chain Quick from Qualium Investissement.
• The deal is thought to be in the region of €700 million. 
• Euromezzanine subscribed to additional debt instruments partly financing the operation.
• The transaction makes Groupe Bertrand the second biggest fast food restaurant group in France.
• Groupe Bertrand and Burger King were advised by legacy Olswang.
