Rockcastle Global Real Estate €361 million acquisition of Bonarka City Center

Overview:

• Rockcastle Global Real Estate has acquired Bonarka City Center in Kraków from TriGranit (TPG) for €361 million.
• The deal is the largest single property transaction in Poland in 2016.
• Bonarka City Center is a 91,000 square metre shopping centre and was opened in November 2009. The centre has 270 units and 3,200 free parking spaces.
