Aurelius acquisition of Distrelic and Nedis

Overview:

• German investment management group Aurelius has, through Aurelius Equity Opportunities, completed its acquisition of electronic technology distributors Distrelec and Nedis from the Swiss Dätwyler Group. 
• With the acquisition of Distrelec, which is headquartered in Manchester and Nänikon, and Nedis, which is headquartered in the Netherlands, Aurelius will take over a total of 850 employees. 
• The purchase price was not disclosed.
