Overview:

Risoil-Kherson won the tender for the concession to operate the Kherson seaport in Ukraine for 30 years.
Under the terms of the PPP agreement with the state, Risoil Kherson will invest around Hrn300 million in the port over the term of the contract.
The EBRD and the International Finance Corporation advised on the deal.
