The project is the construction of Jaworzno Power Plant with a capacity of 910MW.
In 2018, Polish Development Fund (PFR) acquired shares in TAURON Polska Energia, the SPV overlooking the construction of the power plant.
Under the agreement, PFR made a capital commitment of Zl880 million.
