Overview:

  • Irish software group Advanced Manufacturing Control Systems (AMCS) has acquired €100 million in fresh funding via sale of new class of series D shares and existing shares. 
  • Ireland Strategic Investment Fund (Isif) invested €40 million in cash while Insight Venture Partners invested €10 million. 
  • Highland Capital Partners Europe also invested in the company.
  • The transaction is the largest investment deal completed by a private Irish technology company.
