Russian steel group Norilsk Nickel has taken a $2.5 billion syndicated term loan facility from a bank syndicate.
The financing will be provided by a lender group which includes Crédit Agricole, UniCredit Bank, The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ, China Construction Bank Corporation, Commerzbank, Filiale Luxemburg, Industrial And Commercial Bank of China, Nordea Bank, Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, ING Bank, Mizuho Bank, HSBC Bank, Raiffeisenbank, Citibank, JPMorgan Chase, Všeobecná úverová banka, and CIB Bank.
