Marley Spoon ASX IPO

Overview:

• Meal kit provider Marley Spoon has made an initial public offering and listed on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) raising A$70 million with a market capitalisation of A$200 million.
• Marley Spoon is the second German-registered company—and on listing the largest—to have listed on the ASX.
