INA acquisition of ENI joint venture stake

Overview:

• Croatian oil and gas company INA has acquired the ENI joint venture stake in the Northern Adriatic and Marica offshore gas fields.
• Following the acquisition, INA will be the 100% owner and the sole operator of the gas fields, increasing its gas production by 10%.
