Trakcja PRKil debt restructuring

Overview:

• Polish infrastructure construction company Trakcja PRKil has restructured some of its debt.
• Under the agreement, Trakcja PRKil will obtain nearly Zl400 million in new financial instruments from open-ended credits and loans and guarantee lines, and a share capital increase and bond issue.
• It also renewed its Zl616 million good performance bonds limit, Zl31 million credit lines and Zl130 million existing bilateral credit agreements.
