• A consortium of domestic and international lenders provided Pertamina EP Cepu with a $1.846 billion trustee borrowing scheme financing for the development of the Jambaran-Tiung Biru gas project.
• The financing consisted of a $1.746 billion conventional facility and a $100 million Shariah-based wakala facility.
• This marks the first-ever trustee borrowing scheme financing with a Shariah-based wakala facility in Indonesia.
