Stryker $1.28 billion acquisition of Physio-Control International

• Stryker has completed its $1.28 billion acquisition of fellow medical device manufacturer Physio-Control International.
• Physio-Control was sold by private equity firm Bain Capital, who had purchased the company from Medtronic in 2012.
• The deal was first announced in February, 2016.
