Immofinanz €386 million acquisition of Warsaw Spire Tower

Overview:

• Property group Immofinanz has acquired Warsaw Spire Tower for €386 million.
• Immofinanz bought two 50% stakes in the building from Madison International Realty and Ghelamco.
• The building, which is the tallest in Warsaw, has 49 floors with more than 70,000 sqm of floor space and an expected rental income of €19.6 million per year.
• Goldman Sachs, Samsumg and Mastercard are among the tenants in the building.
