PAI / Charles Jobson €885 million acquisition of Wessanen

Overview:

• Private equity firm PAI Partners and investor Charles Jobson have agreed to acquire Dutch food company Wessanen for €885 million.
• Following the completion of the deal, PAI will hold approximately 62% while Wessanen's current largest shareholder, Charles Jobson, will hold approximately 38% of the food company.
