DWF LSE IPO

Overview:

• UK law firm DWF has undertaken an IPO on the LSE.
• The listing makes the firm the largest UK law firm to list to date with the firm valued at £366 million.
• The issue itself consists of 300,000,000 shares raising around £95 million.
• Jefferies and Stifel acted as underwriters with Zeus Capital acting as lead manager.
• The firm joins the likes of Keystone, Gateley and Ince Gordon Dadds in being publically listed.
