ISOC €92 million acquisition of the Argon building

Overview:

• Philippines investor ISOC Group has acquired Argon, the most expensive office building in Gdansk, for €92 million.
• It is the largest transaction in the history of Tricity office market.
• Argon is the third phase of the Alchemia office complex. It has a gross leasable area of 38,000 square metres, with 36,000 square metres of office space and 2,000 square metres of retail space.
