Overview:

Kazakhstan’s state-controlled telecommunications company Kazakhtelecom has acquired a 75% stake in mobile operator Kcell for $446 million from Telia Company and Fintur Holdings.
For the transaction, Kazakhtelecom signed an agreement under which it will acquire 24% of the shares in Kcell from Telia Company and 51% from Fintur Holdings.
