Overview:

Arlanxeo is a Dutch synthetic rubber company established in 2016 as a joint venture of Saudi Aramco and Lanxess.
As a result of the deal Saudi Aramco will hold the entire 100% stake in Arlanxeo.
The acquisition is expected to close by the end of 2018.
