Overview:

Madison International Realty has acquired a 50% stake in Warsaw Spire A.
The office building is a 220-metre tower in the Warsaw Spire retail-office complex.
Another building in the complex - Warsaw Spire B, has been acquired by CA Immo for €100 million.
Warsaw Spire has also received €370 million refinancing in 2017.
