Albaraka Türk Katılım Bankası $205 million additional Tier 1 sukuk issue

Overview:

• Albaraka Türk Katılım Bankası - through special purpose vehicle Bereket One - has issued a $205 million additional Tier 1 sukuk, listed on the ISE.
• The Arab Banking Corporation, Emirates NBD Bank, Noor Bank, Qinvest and Standard Chartered Bank all served as joint lead managers on the issue.
• The issuer is a subsidiary of the Bahrain-based Albaraka Banking Group.
