Acıbadem Sağlık Grubu €125 million acquisition of Tokuda Hospital and City Hospitals and Clinics

Overview:

• Acıbadem Sağlık Grubu has acquired Bulgarian hospital operator Tokuda Hospital and 33% of City Hospitals and Clinics for a combined €125 million.
• The Turkish healthcare operator plans to open a hospital in the coastal city of Varna and expand the facility in Burgas.
• Tokuda has 52,000 square metres of real estate with 550 beds, City Clinic operates three hospitals  and three outpatient centres.
