Affinity Equity Partners A$640 million acquisition of Nine Live

• Affinity Equity Partners has acquired Nine Live for A$640 million from NEC.
• The acquired business has operations in Australia and New Zealand, and includes live events ticket sales (Ticketek), the Sydney Superdome (Allphones Arena), events promotion, data analytics, and software licensing. 
• Affinity has negotiated a $333 million syndicated debt package for Nine Live.
