Apple $12 billion notes issues

Overview:

• Apple has issued $12 billion of notes.
• The offer included a $1.5 billion green bond tranche.
• The offer also included the issue of $500 million floating rate notes due 2019, $500 million floating rate notes due 2021, $500 million 1.3% notes due 2018, $1 billion 1.7% notes due 2018, $2.5 billion 2.25% notes due 2021, $2 billion 3.25% notes due 2026, $1.25 billion 4.5% notes due 2036 and $2.5 billion 4.65% notes due 2046.
