RHI Magnesita LSE IPO

Overview:

• RHI Magnesita has undertaken an IPO on the LSE.
• The company was formed through the merger of Vienna based RHI and the Brazil based Magnesita Refratários.
• The combined company company is based in the Netherlands and is now the world's largest refractory company. 
• Citigroup Global Markets acted as sole sponsor on the deal.
