Overview:

  • Technology company Oracle has issued $10 billion in new notes. 
  • The offering consisted of $2.5 billion 2.5% notes due 2022, $2.5 billion 2.95% notes due 2025, $500 million 3.25% notes due 2030, $1.25 billion 3.9% notes due 2035, $2 billion 4.125% notes due 2045 and $1.25 billion 4.375% notes due 2055. 
  • The underwriters were led by Merrill Lynch Pierce Fenner & Smith, JPMorgan Securities and Wells Fargo Securities.
