First Data $6.6 billion note issues

Overview:

• First Data, a commerce-enabling technology and solutions company, has issued $6.4 billion of notes.
• This included the issuer of $3.4 billion 7% senior notes due 2023, $1 billion 5% senior secured notes due 2024 and $2.2 billion 5.75% senior
  secured second lien notes due 2024.
