Icade €600 million 1.5% green bond issue

Overview:

• Icade has issued €600 million in green bonds.
• The 1.5% bonds are due 2027 and listed on the Euronext Paris.
• Crédit Agricole CIB, Natixis, BNP Paribas, HSBC and Société Générale have acted as joint bookrunners.
• The funds raised will be used to finance and refinance assets from the company's Commercial Property Investment Division
