LIG Nex1 KOSPI IPO

Overview:

• LIG Nex1 has launched a $444 million IPO on the Korea Composite Stock Price Index (KOSPI) market. 
• A total of 6.9 million shares in LIG Nex1 were offered and sold in the IPO, comprising of 2 million new shares issued by LIG Nex1 and 4.9 million sold by six selling shareholders. 
• It was the largest Korean IPO by a large Korean defense industry company since the listing of Korea Aerospace Industries in 2011.
