AstraZeneca $6 billion notes issue

Overview:

• AstraZeneca, a bio pharmaceutical company, has offered $6 billion of notes. 
• This included the issue of $1 billion 1.75% notes due 2018, $1.6 billion 2.375% notes due 2020, $2 billion 3.375% notes due 2025, $1 billion 4.375% notes due 2045 and $400 million floating-rate notes due 2018.
