Adhi Karya Rp2.74 trillion rights issue

Overview:

• Adhi Karya—a publicly traded construction company—has undertaken a rights issue of 1.76 billion of its shares or 49.4% of its issued and paid-up capital. 
• The new right shares are priced at Rp1,560 each and listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. 
• Shareholders not exercising their right to buy, will forgo shares to other shareholders wanting to buy shares more than they are entitled to have.
