Ho Bee Land £129 million acquisition of 67 Lombard Street

• Ho Bee Land, through subsidiary Stream Field Investments has acquired 67 Lombard Street in London from Green Property Holdings.
• The development is a 94,000 square foot Grade A office building in the City of London.
• According to CoStar, the building was redeveloped in 2014 and its tenants include Arthur J Gallagher.
• CBRE and Cushman & Wakefield advised Green Property Holdings.
• The deal is the latest in a wave of London commercial real estate acquisitions in 2017.
