Overview:
- Ansaldo Energia has issued €350 million in unrated bonds.
- The 2.75% bonds are due May 2024.
- Banca IMI, Santander, Barclays, BNP Paribas, Commerzbank, Crédit Agricole, HSBC Bank and UniCredit acted as joint lead managers and bookrunners, Société Générale acted as joint lead manager and UBI Banca was co-manager.
- The proceeds of the issue will be used to buyback existing bonds.
- The company is owned by China's Shanghai Electric Corporation (40%), the Italian Strategic Fund (44.8%), and Finmeccanica (15%).
