  • Saba Software, Vector Capital and Michael Slaunwhite have acquired Halogen Software for $293 million.
  • Michael Slaunwhite is Halogen’s founder, executive chairman and largest shareholder.
  • Mr Slaunwhite and parties related to him collectively own approximately 32% of Halogen's outstanding shares and will be re-investing up to 6.8 million shares. Slaunwhite will also become chairman of the combined company and will be one of its largest independent shareholders.
