Chinese Estates Holding, a Hong Kong-listed property development company, has acquired 11-12 St James's Square, London from the Employees’ Provident Wealth Fund of Malaysia for £174.9 million.
The 80,000 square foot office building is multi-let to tenants including Blackstone and Marble Bar Asset Management.
Chinese Estates Holding has previously purchased and financed 61-67 Oxford Street, London for £180 million in May 2016.
