Banie wind farm Zl552 million refinancing

Overview:

• Fieldon Investments, a subsidiary of Israel's Energix group  has taken out Zl552 million in facilities to refinance Phases A and B (106MW) of the Banie Wind Farm.
• The European Bank of Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), Alior Bank and Bank Ochrony Środowiska (BOS) acted as lenders with Energix acting as sponsor.
