For the first time in its history, the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan has signed a public-private partnership for school transport. Today in Ma'an Governorate, the Ministry of Education and the project consortium executed the Operating Agreement for Phase One of the National School Transport Project. Our Firm acted as legal counsel to the consortium, advising on the structuring of the transaction and on the execution of the Operating Agreement signed today.
