Amina has extensive experience in corporate, commercial and tax law arena in Bangladesh including extensive real estate property capabilities. She has been retained by a large number of MNCs and Corporate Houses of Bangladesh and acts as regular consultant to ADB. She has established herself as an authority in the field of private sector corporate governance.  

• Acted for China Railway Construction Company in its potential acquisition of $1billion First Dhaka Elevated Expressway Project
• Represented sponsors in Sutiakhali and Teknaf Solar Park Plants (IPP) in negotiation to execute PPAs. Acting in five more solar projects under development by different sponsors.
• Has been acting as Bangladesh Counsel for Evergreen Group having thirteen industries in Bangladesh for initial public offering in Hong Kong Exchange   
• Has been acting for Semen Indonesia in a high value acquisition of a large Cement Plant in Bangladesh
• Represented Sinohydro in negotiating the river training contract for the $3billion Padma Bridge Project
• Represented IFC and Excelerate Energy in negotiating the project documents for the  $1billion Maheshkhali Floating Storage & Regasification Terminal Project
