• Acted for El Paso in its sale of interests in two power plants and several other energy, power and oil undertakings with significant assets in Bangladesh  
• Acted in two of the largest competition suits for anti-dumping of shrimp and catfish in US market before US Courts at the capacity of a foreign attorney. Also successfully acted for Stevedoring Services of America over a private port dispute in US Courts.  
• Acted in a number of international arbitrations for clients like Gulf Air (ICC), Cargill (ICC), Statoil (SIAC), Saipem SPA (ICSID) etc.
