The firm advised on banking, capital markets, M&A and project development. 

The banking teams work primarily focused on project finance across a variety of industries. Further work included several restructurings of existing debt, acquisition financings and matters involving social/green bonds. 

The capital markets team worked on a variety of debt issuances, several of which were social/green bonds. With regard to equity, the team advised on secondary share offerings, tender offers and IPOs. 

M&A work for the firm included local and cross-border transactions advising buyers and sellers on significant acquisitions and private holding mergers. Notable sectors include technology and energy. 

The projects team advised on public and private projects, including ports, roads and multiple power plants.   

The banking team welcomed partner Natalia Escobar in January of 2022.
