It has a strong corporate team, which has enabled the firm to advise on a number of mergers and acquisitions for local clients, often acting on buy side but by no means exclusively, particularly in highly regulated industries such as insurance. The corporate capacity has worked closely with the firm's banking team, enabling the firm to complete a number of NPL (Non-Performing Loans) portfolio sales.
