Research period review: 32nd edition (2021/2022) 

During the research period, the banking team acted for mostly lenders in acquisition, project and corporate financings. The team also worked on numerous debt restructurings and refinancings. 

In capital markets, the team spent most of the year advising issuers in debt capital markets matters. Debt capital markets transactions included sovereign, sustainable, green, investment grade and project bond issuances. 

The M&A team acted for mostly acquirers, but also sellers in private acquisitions, divestments, strategic investments and other corporate matters. Though the team worked across numerous industries, acquisitions in the energy industry were the most prevalent. 

In the project development practice area, the team advised contractors in the infrastructure and energy industries. Infrastructure projects included transportation, notably highways, while energy projects included renewable energy matters such as wind farms.
