In banking the firm advised clients on the borrower and lender side in credit facilities, credit agreements, acquisition financing and a sustainability linked loan.

The debt capital markets team advised issuers and initial purchasers in bond issuances in the financial services industry. The equity team participated in sustainability linked offerings and FIBRAs.

In M&A the firm advised acquirers and sellers that were active in the technology industry as well as in various infrastructure-related transactions.

In projects the firm advised on PPPs and other transport concessions. The team also worked with the lenders for the financing of projects.

The restructuring team advised domestic and foreign banks in restructurings primarily in the financial sector.
