Bezen & Partners was found in 2007. Its headquarters are located in Istanbul and the firm has additional offices in Mersin and Ankara.

Bezen & Partners focuses on project finance and development work but is also active in the banking, capital markets and M&A areas.

In banking, the firm acts for borrowers and lenders on refinancing, project financing, corporate financing and loans matters.

In capital markets work the firm mainly advises underwriters on bond issues in the debt side and on IPO’s in the equity side.

The M&A team works in sectors like healthcare, oil and gas, energy, consumer goods, infrastructure, financial services and mining. The firm advises joint venture partners, acquirers and sellers. 

In project development the firm represents sponsors, contractors, developers and project companies on energy, infrastructure and oil and gas and PPP projects in healthcare.
