Marriott International and Lefay Resorts entered into a strategic global partnership to expand the Lefay brand in the luxury wellness hospitality sector. The transaction is based on long‑term management contracts while ownership of real estate remains with the Leali family. Bär & Karrer acts as Swiss legal counsel to Lefay.
