Switzerland: Bär & Karrer advises Viseca on its joint initiative with Cornèr to develop a global P2P money transfer solution

Viseca Payment Services SA and Cornèr Bank Ltd. founded PayInit AG to establish an infrastructure for global P2P money transfers based on payment cards. Bär & Karrer advised Viseca on the structuring and establishment of the joint venture, covering corporate, competition, IP/IT and notarial matters.
