Sun joins the firm’s Shanghai office from Chen & Co Law Firm where she was a partner. She focuses on capital markets and private equity, having experience advising companies on onshore and offshore listings, M&A and restructuring. The Shanghai office also welcomed Zhao from AllBright Law Offices where he previously worked as a senior partner. His practice areas include private equity, investment funds, asset securitisation and financial products.
You joins the firm’s Shenzhen office from AllBright Law Offices. You is an expert in the equity capital markets and has provided legal services for dozens of companies encompassing listings, refinancing mandates and M&A.
Meanwhile compliance lawyer Dou joined Zhong Lun’s Nanjing office while litigation lawyer Yang arrived at the firm’s Chengdu offices.

孙瑜律师加入了中伦上海办公司，此前她在瑛明律师事务所担任合伙人。孙律师专注于证券、股权投资业务领域，协助众多企业收购产业链上下游资产，完成重组以及境内A股上市、搭建红筹或VIE架构以及海外上市，为客户完成上市公司的非公开、并购、重组、借壳或类借壳等交易，协助标的资产协议买壳（A股上市公司）及后续资产注入。与此同时，中伦上海亦迎来赵艳春律师，他的业务领域私募股权与投资基金, 房地产, 资产证券化与金融产品。赵律师此前在锦天城律师事务所担任高级合伙人。
游晓律师加入了中伦深圳办公室，她在资本市场证券领域经验丰富，曾为数十家公司提供了境内股票发行上市、上市公司并购重组、再融资等证券法律服务。此前，游律师在锦天城律师事务所任担合伙人。
同时，窦兴律师加入了中伦南京，他是资产证券化与金融产品、合规/政府监管、诉讼仲裁等领域的专家；杨竞宇律师加入了中伦成都，他精专于争议解决领域。
