V&T Law Firm has recently hired fourteen partners in Beijing, Shanghai, Chengdu and Hangzhou.
Bi Min and Zhang Qihan join the firm's Beijing office from Longan Law Firm and Beijing Gaojie Law Firm respectively. Bi focuses on real estate, construction, corporate and capital markets matters while Zhang is an intellectual property expert.
Xu Chunlei, He Shan, Guo Jun and You Cunguo join in Shanghai. Xu and He are both real estate experts, with Xu joining from Shanghai Zhiming Law Firm and focused on commercial real estate projects. You joined the firm from Shanghai Yuanye Law Firm where he was a partner and has expertise in IPOs, bond issuances and M&A projects. Meanwhile Guo joins from Sg & Co PRC Lawyers; he focuses on intellectual property and is familiar with the healthcare industry.
The Chengdu office welcomed partners Liao Zhengfei, Tang Jing, Zhang Qi, Wu Shan, Liu Lin, Chen Yuxia and Liu Yuanyuan who focus on a range of practice areas including government issues, real estate, capital markets and intellectual property.
In Hangzhou, V&T hired Li Mingliang, who specialises in dispute resolution and criminal compliance.

郭律师加盟自上海融孚律师事务所，执业于知识产权及相关诉讼领域，尤其熟悉医疗健康行业；尤律师曾任上海远业律师事务所合伙人，参与过多项IPO、债券发行及并购重组项目。
成都办公室则迎来廖正非、唐静、张琦、吴姗、柳林、陈喻瑕、刘媛媛律师加盟。他们的专业领域包括房地产、建筑工程与基础设施、公司及资本市场等。
